1. Microsoft Store Distribution

The App is distributed through the Microsoft Store and is subject to Microsoft's applicable policies and terms.

Microsoft Privacy Statement

Microsoft may collect certain information as part of operating the Microsoft Store, including licensing, diagnostics, and transaction processing. This data is handled by Microsoft in accordance with the Microsoft Privacy Statement. We do not control or access this data.

In-App Purchases and Refunds

If the App offers in-app purchases, all payments, billing, and refunds are processed by the Microsoft Store and are governed by Microsoft's terms of sale and refund policies. We do not process payments or refunds directly.

2. Offline-First and Privacy-Focused Design

The App is designed as an offline-first application with privacy as a core principle. Your data remains under your control at all times.

  • No Developer Data Collection: We do not collect, store, transmit, or process personal data.
  • No Accounts or Tracking: The App does not require user accounts and does not use analytics, advertising, or tracking technologies.
3. How Information Is Handled on Your Device

The App only handles information that you voluntarily create while using it.

SQL Schemas

The App allows you to create, edit, and save SQL schemas. All SQL schemas are stored locally on your device. You may view, modify, or delete them at any time. We do not have access to this content.

App Settings

User preferences, such as theme selection or font size, are stored locally on your device to personalize your experience.

4. Information We Do Not Collect

To be clear, we do not collect or have access to:

  • The content of your SQL schemas
  • Your name, email address, or other personally identifiable information
  • Location data
  • Device identifiers or usage analytics
  • Any information that could be used to identify you
5. Children's Privacy

The App does not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 13. Because the App does not collect personal information, it may be used by individuals of all ages. Parents or legal guardians are responsible for supervising use by minors.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. Changes to this policy are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.
