This application is distributed through the Microsoft Store. As such, it is subject to the policies of the Microsoft Store.

In-App Purchases and Refunds:

Our App may offer in-app purchases through the Microsoft Store. All purchases are subject to the Microsoft Store's terms of sale and refund policies. As the developer, we do not process refunds for these purchases.

For a better experience while using our Service, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information. The information that we request will be retained by us and used as described in this privacy policy.

Information from Google Calendar:

Our app uses the Google Calendar API to access and manage your calendar data. To provide you with the ability to sync, view, create, edit, and delete your calendar events locally within our application, we access the following information from your Google Calendar:

  • Event titles, descriptions, color
  • Event start and end times
  • The list of your Google Calendars

This data is read from your Google Calendar and stored locally on your device to enable offline access and core app functionality. To give you full control over your data, changes are synced manually. All event creations, modifications, and deletions you perform within the app are saved locally first. You must initiate a sync by using the 'Sync' button to send these changes to your Google Calendar and download any external updates.

3. How We Store and Protect Your Information

The security of your personal information is important to us.

Local Storage:

Your Google Calendar data is stored in a secured local database on your device to allow for offline access and to improve performance. We do not store your calendar data on our servers.

Security Measures:

We strive to use commercially acceptable means of protecting your personal information and Google documentation best pratices. Your Google Calendar data is transmitted using encryption (e.g., Secure Socket Layer technology). However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

4. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties. We will only disclose your information in the following cases:

  • As required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process.
  • When we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request.
5. Google API Services User Data Policy

Our app's use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. The information accessed from your Google Calendar is used solely to provide and improve user-facing features that are prominent in our application's user interface. We do not use this data for advertising purposes.

6. Your Control Over Your Information

You have control over the personal information you provide to us through the Google Calendar API.

  • Sign Out From The App: You can sign out of your Google Account from within our app at any time. This action will revoke the app's access to your Google Calendar and delete the locally stored calendar data from your device.
  • Revoke Access via Google: You can revoke our app's access to your Google Account at any time through your Google Account's security settings page. If you do so, our app will no longer be able to access your Google Calendar data.
  • Uninstalling the Application: Uninstalling the app will remove the locally stored data from your device. However, please be aware that this action does not automatically revoke the app's permission in your Google Account. If you uninstall the app without signing out first, you should manually revoke access via Google Account's security settings page.

8. Children’s Privacy

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 18. In the case we discover that a child under 18 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete this information. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to take the necessary actions.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
